Local transportation (Line 127 served by Regionalverkehr Küste GmbH (RvK)) is shuttling between airport Rostock-Laage and the main train station Rostock-Süd. Line 181, served by Deutsche Bahn, takes you from Rostock central station straight to Warnemünde.
NEW: Starting with 2019 the Conference Tickets of the Deutsche Bahn will also be valid for the local public transportation system. Thus, you will be able to benefit from local transportation services in around 126 German cities.
These Conference Tickets will be available from December 9, 2018 on and be valid for conferences and events in 2019.
Coming from Kiel/Hamburg, you will need to take the Autobahn A1 and follow it until you reach Lübeck. Having reached the exit „Blankensee“ near Lübeck, please change to Autobahn A20 in direction to Rostock. Follow the exit „Rostock-West/Warnemünde“ and drive along the Stadtautobahn B103 to Warnemünde.
Coming from Berlin please follow the Autobahn A24 and A19 in direction to Rostock until you have reached the exit “Warnemünde”. You will then arrive at the “Warnow-Tunnel“ where you will need to pay a toll (approx. 2,80 € per car/journey). Being in Schmarl, please change to the Stadtautobahn B103 in direction to Warnemünde. After you have used the Autobahn exit Rostock-West/Warnemünde please follow the signs to Warnemünde. Warnemünde can be reached using Richard-Wagner-Straße, Kurhausstraße (entrance to underground parking) and Seestraße.
Save and comfortable parking is possible in the Kurhaus underground car park.
